Dr. Caroline Grün

Dr. Caroline Grün founded the Geneva Consulting & Management Group GmbH in 1997 and has been active in the executive-search business for more than 15 years.

Before founding her own business, she worked for several years in the Munich office of Heidrick & Struggles (then known as "Mülder & Partner"), the largest international personnel-consulting agency. Then as now, her consulting focal points are in the fields of industry, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and finance. Prior to this, she worked in the personnel and executive-development departments of Allianz AG.

She earned her doctorate in business management at the University of Munich. In addition to her native German, she is also fluent in English and French.

Dr. Hartwig Knitter

Dr. Hartwig Knitter has been senior partner at the Geneva Consulting & Management Group GmbH since November 2009.

Dr. Knitter has extensive knowledge and many years of professional experience in large industrial concerns. He held various executive positions in the personnel and legal fields at Mannesmann AG, Fried Krupp GmbH and Daimler Benz AG. Afterwards he chaired the personnel division at Daimler Aerospace (now "EADS") for more than a decade. Most recently, he served for more than 9 years as senior advisor at Spencer Stuart, where his focal points were industry and board practice.

He studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg, Marburg and Pans, and earned his doctorate at the University of Marburg. In addition to German, he also fluently speaks English and French.
